Yes. Connect your mail server to the GoFax SMTP fax gateway and address each fax to the fax number followed by @send.gofax.com.au. Any system that can send an email can send a fax, and a dedicated TLS connection keeps every fax encrypted on the way.

Turn on Auto Delete and GoFax removes the fax pages straight after a fax is sent or received. You can also delete single faxes by hand. Deleted pages cannot be recovered. A record of each sent fax stays in your log for 12 months, as the law requires.

Yes. Sub users let the main account holder add team members and choose whether each person can view all sent faxes, all received faxes and all sent SMS. Without those permissions, a sub user only sees their own faxes.
