Step 2: Contact MNF to port your fax number/s to GoFax
If you have a fax number, or multiple fax numbers hosted by MyNetFone, we recommend that you consider porting to GoFax. Follow our fax number porting checklist and get in touch with a MNF customer service representative to ask them about your fax number/s.
Once you’ve determined that your fax number/s are portable, simply complete the GoFax Porting Authority Form and return it to support@gofax.com.au to start the porting process. You’ll receive a specific date and time that the port will occur and will only experience minimal downtime during this time.
